Following on from my previous ranking of the 5 Worst Game of Thrones Characters, I decided to be a bit more positive.
One of Netflix’s latest releases is ‘You’ based on the book of the same name by Caroline Kepnes. The primary story revolves around Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley), a bookstore manager who becomes infatuated and stalks Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail) , affectionately just known as ‘Beck’. Beck is an aspiring writer and financially struggling student.
Game of Thrones is filled with a vast diversity of characters from different classes and places with many different character arcs but some drastically stick out and not in a good way.
This weeks episode was riddled with guts, death, nostalgia, action, but most arguably; a great flaw in logic throughout.
The Walking Dead episode titled ‘The Key’centres prominently around Rick (Andrew Lincoln), the Saviours and the Hilltop. The episode featured the introduction of a new group which I’ll discuss later one and a showdown between Rick and Negan as well as further betrayal by Simon (Steven Ogg).
Last week’s episode was relatively pleasing, it was consistently engaging and in all honestly, this episode was much the same.
The episode titled ‘Dead or Alive Or’ was an enjoyable enough episode despite little of huge significance happening. However long term, the recent character death and twist is likely to develop into an interesting thread.
Last weeks episode of the popular AMC show honestly didn’t impress me too much, however the episode titled The Lost and the Plunderers to me was a much better episode than its predecessor.
