Lush Eau Roma Water toner review

Over the years, I have become more invested in my skincare routine. I’ve decided I don’t want to overload my skin with a thousand products as you see nowadays, but I want something that is affordable to do the job fast. I don’t particularly suffer from acne, but I do have a lot of flushed redness in my face as well as drier and sensitive skin.

I have also found that I prefer more natural based products or those without harmful ingredients as my skin is more on the sensitive side. so with that, I am posting a few blogs about different skincare products I have introduced into my everyday collection.

What Lush says about this product:

‘This is an elegant formula that’s suitable for even the most sensitive skins. Rose water will help to calm and reduce redness, whilst lavender water will balance and soften the skin. This was created as a way to hydrate and soothe the skin both gently and effectively. Use it for a quick, refreshing spritz or to remove any traces of makeup or cleanser.’

I had never really understood the purpose of a toner, but after reading the description to this one, I thought I’d give it a shot. You can use this by directly spraying it onto your face or by first applying it to a cotton pad. I prefer to just directly spray it. I love this product because it has really helped sooth and calm my sensitive skin and has at least to some degree, tamed my facial redness. It is hydrating and makes my skin feel even more refreshed and clean after using the 9 to 5 cleanser. For this reason, I’d really recommend it for sensitive skin types. Here, I have used the 100ml version, costing £6 which i feel is quite decent as it has lasted me really well. The bigger 250ml version costs £12 but I feel that this is reasonable considering its longevity.

4.5/5
